Refund policy
Pure Brazilian® stands behind its product quality and efficacy 100%. We will replace any defective product that results from manufacturing defects within 3 days of customer receipt of the package. The customer must notify Pure Brazilian® within 3 days before return. Our refund policy differs from our Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you are missing an item, please first reconfirm your order's contents by looking at your order confirmation email that was sent out. If you're missing an item, contact us, and we will send out a replacement free of any shipping costs to you. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of shipment.
If you received the wrong product, flavor, size, or color, contact us within 3 days, and we will send out the correct product. To expedite this process, please provide images of the item you received.
If something in your package is damaged, please contact us and provide images of the item you received. We will contact USPS to file a claim and rectify the situation. Claims take 3-5 business days, and once completed, we will send out any replacement product.
All shipping costs associated with any return or exchange will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer will not be refunded for any shipping costs paid in the initial order, including international orders.
Refunds are credited back to the account it was originally charged to no later than 7 business days after Pure Brazilian® has received the product.
It may take up to 3-5 business days for the bank to recognize the credit on your end and for your account to reflect the credit.
Pure Brazilian® offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on all Pure Brazilian® products. For products sold on Amazon by Non-Authorized resellers and eBay, Pure Brazilian® will NOT honor our money-back guarantee.
Chargebacks and fraud will not be taken lightly and subject the client to being put on the no-sell list.
PURE BRAZILIAN 60-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
At Pure Brazilian, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Pure Brazilian product you purchased from Pure Brazilian or an authorized seller in the United States, we’ll send you a replacement product, let you try another product, or provide a refund.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Pure Brazilian 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is limited to original, consumer purchasers in the United States. Guarantee requests must be made within 60 days of your original purchase.

You will be asked to provide your order number and the reason you are unsatisfied with the product. You may also be asked to submit photos of your product or its packaging, or provide other information to assist Pure Brazilian in processing your request. If your Guarantee request is approved, you may be required to return your product to Pure Brazilian. Costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
If you purchased from a Pure Brazilian Authorized Seller:
If you are unable to return your product to the authorized seller from whom you purchased it, please contact us by calling (954) 217-1980 or emailing info@purebrazilian.com. Please have available information regarding where and when you purchased your product, and the reason you are unsatisfied with the product. You will be required to provide proof of purchase, and may be asked to submit photos of your product or its packaging or provide other information to assist Pure Brazilian in processing your request. If your Guarantee request is approved, you may be required to return your product to Pure Brazilian. Costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Guarantee Guidelines
Pure Brazilian reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Pure Brazilian concludes that the purchaser has abused the Pure Brazilian 60‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Pure Brazilian may amend or terminate the Pure Brazilian 60‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.
